Production
QSC is applied to rotary kiln & dried technology with Suspension Pre-heater & Cement Kiln, capacity of 4,000 tons of cement/day, equipment is designed and supplied by FCB – France.
Five-floor pre-heaters with low pressure loss will efficiently recover heat from the exhaust gas. A fluid bed pre-calciner called MFC will ensure the perfect combination of even inferior fuel such as anthracite, and that the raw meal is sufficiently calcined before feeding to the cement kiln.
All equipment of Production line operate by control centre room CCR, Computerized Distributed Control System (DCS) has associated with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), ensuring for efficient control and supervision of the whole cement production processes for stable operation.
Grill & transportation stage of raw material
Main material of cement production is limestone, clay and iron…this is the source of main raw material, ensuring for stable and long operation of cement plant.
Good quality limestone from La Hien Limestone Mining, quarry is crushed at the crushing station and transported to the plant by specialized truck/car about 7 km length.
Clay material also is exploited with bench cut method, loaded and transported directly to the plant for raw material of cement production. During exploitation process, top soil is returned for tree planting in order to minimize environmental effect and re-create good view of mining area.

* Quality control of limestone, clay from mining
- Limestone, clay is tested before exploitation process aiming check quality and making plan.
- Mixed limestone, clay is also checked its quality at store.
Stage of receiving coal and additional materials
Coal, iron, silica stone are transported by specialized truck to plant, unloading the materials input and transported to store.
Limestone, gypsum, pozzolan are transported by specialized truck to plant, unloading the materials input crushed at the crushing station and transported to store.

* Quality control is tested before inputting.
Raw Mill
Mixed materials of limestone, clay and iron ore are proportioned and fed into the vertical roller mill where they are ground and dried by kiln exhaust gas. The chemical composition of these mixed materials has been analyzed by spectrum for kiln operation and ensure the stability of product quality.
Suspension Pre-heater & Cement Kiln

- Kiln is rotary under dried technology
- Capacity: 4,000 tons/day
- Used fuel: 100% coal of anthracite.
A fluid bed pre-calciner called MFC will ensure the perfect combination of even inferior fuel such as anthracite, and that the raw meal is sufficiently calcined before feeding to the cement kiln.
The kiln main burner with jet swirl will also perform an efficient combustion of anthracite and keep the clinker sintering stable. Raw materials are clinkerized at about 1,450 oC.
Cement Grinding
Silo clinker is transported to cement mill and ground with gypsum, Pozzolan and other additives in the Cement Mill pre-grinding system using high efficiency air separator.

Package and distribution
* Packaging system consists of 3 rotary machines, 8 outputs, capacity 100 tons/h/machine
* Net weigh of each cement package: 50 KG (+/- 0.5 kg).
QS Cement can ship its product either by land, railway and distributed to customers in Vietnam.
