QUANG SON CEMENT – “Together development - Steady growth”
From Thai Nguyen Cement plant project, Quang Son Cement One Member Limited Company was established on 1 July 2011. Great challenges overcome by Engineers, bachelors, workers, Company has put plant into operation, employees has received the handover of technology, equipment. Quang Son Cement Company has officially started its marketing & business aiming at the sustainable development. From the above result, Quang Son Cement Company (QSC) manage by fair and transparent management way and employees are evaluated fairly by leaders. All leaders, sections, depts of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation has supported QSC for general development.
In addition, Trade union of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation has carried out many employees’ motivation activities such as: donation; difficulted family support, visiting sick leave, attend wedding, funeral…aiming ai employees’ belief to the company’s development. Working sides by sides with experienced engineers and managers, our young people enjoy the unique opportunities of know-how, advanced technology transfer and some of them begin taking managerial responsibility.
Trade union & Party section carried out policies of Communist Party & State to protect employees’ benefits. QSC has signed collective Labour Agreement, promugated working rule, 100% employees contributed social insurance, health insurance, hygience and safety activity is applied to all sections aiming at creating friendly & modern working environment.
In addition, sport and cultural activities were held annually with other company; or between sections in QSC aiming at getting good atmosphere for employees, contributing company development. As for donation activities, QSC always support financial to poor people, remote area, storming villages, difficulty children have good result for learning, upgrade infrastructure for local communities.
2011
Award result for QSC’s 2011 Performance as follows:
- Quang Son Cement Company (QSCC) was granted 03 merited certificates for 3 sections from Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- QSCC was granted 05 merited certificates for 5 sections and 13 individuals from Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation.
- Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation presented “the most valuable team award” for 3 sections.
- Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation presented “most valuable person” for 9 people.
- QSCC presented award to 27 most valuable people.
- Vietnam Trade Union presented an award of 2011 most valuable worker for 1 Trade Union member.
- QSCC Trade Union was confirmed “Strong Trade Union Unit”, Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation Trade Union presented merited certificates to 3 Units and o7 trade union members
